Catriona Gray at Send-Off Event for Miss World 2016
Earlier in the afternoon, Miss World Philippines 2016 Catriona Gray was given her send-off to Miss World 2016 at the C3 Events Place in Greenhills.
She will depart on November 24th, Thursday at 4PM to join more than a hundred beauties who will vie for the blue crown on the head of reigning Miss World Mireia Lalaguna.
She has been undergoing intensive training for the international pageant under Aces and Queens since her national pageant win last October 2. The 22-year-old Australian-Filipino model, singer, and blogger will be wearing Francis Libiran for World Fashion Designer Dress Event.
Catriona is representing the Philippines at Miss World 2016. It will be the 66th edition of the Miss World pageant. It will be held on 18th of December 2016 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor in Maryland, United States, just south of Washington, D.C. Mireia Lalaguna of Spain will crown her successor at the end of the event. This will be the second time that the United States will host the pageant.
