Miss World Fiji Pooja Priyanka will leave our shores tonight to be part of the 2016 Miss World Pageant at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, USA.

Priyanka says she is looking forward to showcasing Fiji’s culture and values.

“I’ll showcase our great culture and our great passion for people and humility and humbleness and also shares our story on TC Winston as well and makes sure everyone gets equal coverage on the global scale.”

Priyanka says she will showcase Fijian Culture through her costume, dance and music.

Miss World Fiji chaperone, Andhy Blake, has urged all Fijians to support Miss World Fiji by downloading the Miss World App and voting for her.

Fiji is currently 6th on the blog competition ahead of 123 other contestants.

The Miss World competition begins this Saturday.
