Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere shows her cooking skills at Taste of Paris 2017
Reigning Miss Universe, Iris Mittenaere, recently visited her home country for a gastronomy festival. She attended the third edition of Taste of Paris 2017 at Grand Palais, a four day event where twenty star chefs showcased their signature dishes on site, including Thierry Marx, Pierre Sang Boyer, Brasserie Thoumieux’s Sylvestre Wahid, Tommy Gousset and Frenchie’s Gregory Marchand.
Iris had mentioned during the finale of Miss Universe 2016 that she enjoyed cooking and can make a good beef bourguignon. At the festival she got a chance to try her cooking skills and prepared “velouté de choux-fleurs” which is Cream of Cauliflower soup.
