Miss Universe 2015 thinks that teen star Liza Soberano is another Filipina celebrity who can win the prestigious beauty pageant.
During a live question and answer session with her fans on Twitter on Thursday, netizen @lizasoberrabit asked Pia Wurtzbach which Filipino celebrity she thinks could be the next Miss Universe.

Wurtzbach replied: “I can think of a lot. But if I had to pick one…Liza Soberano. She’s beautiful!”
Like Soberano, the 26-year-old beauty queen started her career as a teen star on television network ABS-CBN.
Wurtzbach is the second Filipina actress to win a major beauty pageant in two years. In 2013, Megan Young was crowned as the Philippines’ first ever Miss World.
Soberano, who starred in the hit TV series “Forevermore”, has been recognized as one of the prettiest faces in local showbusiness. When Wurtzbach won the title in December 2015, many of her fans clamored that she play the role of the Cagayan de Oro beauty in a television retelling of her life story.
Wurtzbach won the Miss Universe crown—the country’s first in 42 years—in December after a dramatic coronation which saw host Steve Harvey erroneously name Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez as the winner. He immediately corrected his mistake and announced Wurtzbach as the correct Miss Universe.
Wurtzbach returned to the Philippines on Saturday for a week-long homecoming. IDL
