Miss World T&T organisers invite candidates for 2017 pageant

The Miss World Trinidad and Tobago Organization has started searching for candidates for the Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2017 pageant.

The pageant is set to take place at the Cascadia Hotel in St Ann's on Saturday 22nd April 2017 from 1pm – 5pm and Sunday 23rd April 2017 from 1pm – 4pm.

Prospective delegates are being asked to walk with high heels (no platforms), gym wear with short pants (no leggings), socks and sneakers/trainers, and wear simple day makeup.

Candiates are also required to bring a copy of the data page of their T&T Passport.
 
The criteria for the show include:

Ø  Be between the ages of 18 – 25 years
Ø  Single, never been married nor given birth to a child
Ø  Good moral character
Ø  High educational background
Ø  Holder of a Valid T&T passport
Ø  Possessing passion for community service
Ø  Having a performing talent
Ø  Have a deep passion to represent the twin isle republic
 
This year’s show will encompass various “new” elements such as a Top Model & Fitness Challenge, very similar to the Miss World challenges.

The international pageant takes place once again in China with delegates arriving there in November 2017.
