These 40 women are the finalists for Miss Wales 2016.
The ladies vying for the coveted title have been competing in a three-day grand final since Thursday.
The three-day event has seen them appear at the Swansea Marriott Hotel and the Princess Royal Theatre in Port Talbot .
By the end of the final, they will all have taken part in an empowerment day, designed to improve the girls' self-confidence, as well as the Miss Wales Charity Ball in aid of Beauty with a Purpose, and a catwalk event in front of a sell-out audience and a panel of judges.
The winner is due to be announced on Saturday.
Miss Wales organiser Paula Abbandonato said: “Miss Wales is committed to Beauty with a Purpose and that means empowering young women and raising money for good causes through the glamour and fun of pageantry.
“The girls get to make great friends and experience new opportunities while really doing their bit for charity.”
Miss Wales is the official qualifier for Miss World and the last time Wales won the global competition was in 1974 when Helen Morgan from Barry claimed the crown.
Sophie Moulds from Ferndale came close in 2012 when she was placed first runner-up.
