Miss Fiji in top 10 at world pageant

FIJI'S representative to the Miss World Pageant in Sanya, China, is now gearing up for the Sports and Multimedia competition before auditioning for Top Model.

Brittany Hazelman successfully completed the Best National Costume and Dances of the World competition and is now in the top 10.

In an interview, she said the judges loved her performance and costume and placed her in the centre of the stage during rehearsals with the other nine finalists.

Miss Fiji Pageant director Andhy Blake said he was thrilled for Fiji and Brittany's performance at the Miss World.

"We had a great team working together to get this costume to Miss World and mentions of acknowledgment must be given to our costume sponsor — Vodafone Fiji, designer — Hupfeld Hoerder and choreographer — Navi Fong and VOU," he said

To vote f or Miss Fiji for the People's Choice category, you need to download the Miss World App free from Google Play or Apple Store, select Fiji in the contestant's panel and vote.

The Miss World finals will be held on December 20.
