Miss USA 2015 discusses fame, Steve Harvey mix-up
Miss USA 2015 Olivia Jordan spoke with WGN Morning News on Thursday about her experience in the recent Miss Universe contest.
Comedian Steve Harvey announced the wrong winner in the miss universe contest. He announced Miss Columbia as the winner and had to announce his mistake. He then crowned the real winner Miss Philippines. Jordan was standing next to eventual winner Miss Philippines when the event occurred.
Jordan explained that even tough the crown was taken form Miss Columbia, she is now going to appear in a movie.
“It really has opened so many doors for her, she has done fantastic since then," she said.
Since bring crowned Miss USA, Jordan has been traveling and “using her voice” to make a difference.
