Miss America Betty Cantrell Is Keynote At Visionary Luncheon

D9 announced Miss America 2016, Betty Cantrell, is this year’s keynote speaker at the annual Visionary Luncheon on Wednesday, June 15, from 12-2 p.m. at the Hunter Museum.  This will be the first for Miss America to visit Chattanooga.  

Ms. Cantrell will sing and talk about her platform, “Healthy Children, Strong America.” After the seated lunch, attendees will have the opportunity to meet and have a picture taken with Miss America.

Tickets to the luncheon with Miss America start are $75 for general admission and $150 for platinum seating.   Tickets are now on sale at www.d9strong.com.  

D9 is currently seeking sponsors for the Visionary Luncheon with Miss America.  Sponsorships start at $800 and includes a private welcoming party for Miss America before the lunch.  For more information on how to sponsor this event, please contact Miranda Perez at 883-5633.

D9 public elementary schools include Harrison, Ooltewah, Snow Hill, Wallace A. Smith and Wolftever Creek. Its mission is to provide educational and developmental opportunities for its elementary school students.
