Former Miss Universe says Donald Trump called her ‘Miss Piggy’ after weight gain
In case you forgot: Donald Trump is a sexist pig.
A Venezuelan beauty queen claimed the presumptive Republican presidential nominee called her “Miss Piggy” and insisted she lose weight after she won the 1996 Miss Universe crown.

Alicia Machado told Inside Edition the bullying billionaire’s ruthless comments about her figure triggered a years-long battle with an eating disorder.
“For sure he is not a good person,” she said.
The Venezuela native was 19 years old when she was crowned Miss Universe in 1996, the same year Trump bought the international beauty pageant. Machado admitted that she gained weight after her win — about 15 pounds, she said — but said Trump publicly humiliated her over it.

Miss Venezuela Alicia Machado was crowned Miss Universe in 1996.
“She weighed 118 pounds or 117 pounds and she went to 160 or 170. So this is somebody that likes to eat,” he said in an interview at the time.
Trump forced Machado to hit the gym, she said — and he turned the workout session into a media spectacle, and spoke to reporters at the fitness center.
Trump admitted that he asked the beauty queen to lose weight.

One reporter asked what Trump would do if his then-wife Marla Maples gained weight.
“Well, I’d probably do the same thing with her,” he said. “I'd say 'start working out.' No, I wouldn't. Still a very interesting question.”
