Clinton to Miss Universe ridiculed by Trump: 'Enjoy casting that vote'
Hillary Clinton wants Miss Universe 1996 Alicia Machado to enjoy casting her first vote as an American citizen, because she knows it will not be for Donald Trump.
"Congratulations on becoming a U.S. citizen, Alicia. Enjoy casting that vote," a tweet from Clinton's campaign account said Friday afternoon, linking to a video of an "Inside Edition" report broadcast the previous day in which Machado, who is originally from Venezuela, recalled Trump referring to her as "Miss Piggy" for gaining weight and "Miss Housekeeping" for her English skills.
During that interview, Machado laughed when asked if she would vote for Trump. “He can’t be a president," Machado said.
