'She's not interested in getting involved with politics': Jennifer Hawkins cancels interviews as the former Miss Universe refuses to answer questions about Donald Trump
She got to know Donald Trump in 2004 after winning the Miss Universe pageant in the U.S and living in Trump Tower in New York during her reign.
Now, Jennifer Hawkins is trying to distance herself from the potential US President as he prepares for his final pre-election debate against Hilary Clinton, Stateside.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the 32-year-old model has cancelled a number of interviews after regularly being asked questions about the politician.

Hawkins’ manager, Sean Anderson of 22 Management confirmed the reasoning in a statement to the publication.

'Jennifer is not interested and will not be commenting on Donald Trump,' he commented.
'She is not interested in getting involved in the politics.'
Hawkins has reportedly cancelled interviews with Daily Telegraph, Woman's Day, KIIS FM's Kyle & Jackie O and Nova radio in the last week.

The Daily Mail Australia has contacted Hawkins' management for comment.
Hawkins' refusal to comment on Trump, comes seven months after she praised the Republican candidate for being a 'brilliant businessman'.
During an interview with Today Extra, she revealed: 'He is charming. He has presence'.

In August, Hawkins also admitted Trump was one of her inspiration sources.
'He inspired me to keep going and follow my heart,' she told the Daily Telegraph at the time.
'He’s really passionate and really driven. He’s like, "What’s next?" He prompts you to think, "All right, what is next?"'
