One of the most successful competitors in the history of the Miss Universe pageant will hold its crowning event on May 4, 2017. Miss Universe Puerto Rico will be held in the Centro de Bellas Artes Luis A. Ferré in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Brenda Jimenez will crown Puerto Rico's representative for this year's Miss Universe competition.
