The 2017 Miss USA pageant takes place on Sunday, and Gossip Cop has a look at this year’s contestants. Check out the gallery below!
A total of 51 women from all 50 states and the District of Columbia will compete for this year’s title and crown during the 66th Miss USA pageant. Over the course of the competition, the contestants will be judged in evening gown and swimsuit categories, as well as Final Question and Final Look.
As Gossip Cop reported, Deshauna Barber was crowned in Las Vegas as the 2016 Miss USA winner, the first woman actively serving in the United States military to win the title. Prior to winning Miss USA, Barber also secured the title of Miss District of Columbia USA 2016. The reigning beauty queen will crown her successor at the end of this year’s ceremony, who will go on to represent the United States in the 2017 Miss Universe pageant.
The 2017 Miss USA pageant, hosted by Julianne Hough, is set to air live on FOX from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on May 14, beginning at 8 p.m. EST. Gossip Cop will have a live stream of the annual event. Check out the photos below of this year’s Miss USA contestants!
