A beauty queen from the Philippines has been criticised for comparing her country's president with Hitler for the way he is trying to eliminate drugs.
Imelda Bautista Schweighart, who is competing in Miss Earth 2016, made the comments about Rodrigo Duterte during a pageant video posted on social media.
While posing with Austrian counterpart Kimberly Budinksy, Ms Schweighart asked her if Hitler was from Austria.
"That's a bad question because we normally don't really talk about Hitler. But yes, he is," Ms Budinsky answered.
"Oh my God, our president is doing Hitler stuff here in the Philippines," Ms Schweighart then replied.
"That's crazy," Ms Budinksy responded.
The video has since been removed but some people are still complaining about her remarks on the Miss Earth 2016 Facebook page.
Ako si Chad wrote: "Shame on Ms Earth Philippines .... I think you owe the the entire Philippines an apology."
Tristan LV added: "She should stop acting spontaneous when she just ends up being #tactless. I'm a Filipino and I hope she doesn't win."
Juan Elberto Rodriguez said: "Miss Earth please do teach miss Philippines a lesson or two about manners. She badly needs one. She is undeserving of a semifinalist spot."
In an explanation posted on her Facebook page, Ms Schweighart said her remarks were simply "a soft joke", and she is a supporter of the president.
President Duterte has been criticised by Western governments and human rights groups for his war on drugs.
Since he came to power in June, more than 3,000 people have been killed in a crackdown.
The president has likened himself to Hitler. During a speech in September, he said: "If Germany had Hitler, the Philippines would have..." pausing to point to himself.
He also compared his war on drugs to the Holocaust and said he is "happy to slaughter" millions of addicts.
His comments caused outrage and he issued an apology to the Jewish community. He said he had no intention of denigrating the memory of the Jews murdered.
