The Philippines’ major, major moments at the Miss Universe pageant
We've done it again. In January, we won the Miss Universe title for the third time, courtesy of the lovely Pia Wurtzbach. And now—perhaps through Wurtzbach as well—we've won the right to host the pageant once more.
The Philippines has been quite a prominent performer at the yearly beauty competition. Before the Miss Universe beauties return to our shores in 2017, let's look at some of our representatives' brilliant accomplishments at the Miss Universe pageant over the years:
