KC Concepcion's sister wins Miss Earth Sweden

MANILA, Philippines — KC Concepcion's half-sister Cloie Syquia Skarne was crowned Miss Earth Sweden on Monday, August 29 (Pacific time).
KC confirmed this herself on her Twitter account, saying that her sister's childhood dream has finally come true.
Her childhood dream has finally come true! Congratulations to my sister @CloieSyquiaS = MISS EARTH Sweden!
On Cloie’s Instagram account, she thanked everyone who supported her in the competition.
"I would not have been who I am today without you," she wrote.
Cloie will be up against other Miss Earth beauty queens, including the Philippines' representative Imelda Schweighart from Puerto Princesa City.
Miss Earth will be staged in October in the Philippines.
