Pia Wurtzbach is back in blue in Philippine Tatler cover
Breaking protocol on their usual "men's issue" for the month of April, the Philippine Tatler made room for Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach on the cover.
Wurtzbach was photographed by Nigel Barker at the Baccarat Hotel in New York City, wearing a royal blue Monique Lhuillier dress from her Fall/Winter 2016 collection.
Barker previously shared a behind-the-scenes snap from the shoot in February.
