Miss Universe throws 1st pitch before Mets-Reds game (PHOTOS)

NEW YORK — 2015 Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach was at Citi Field Wednesday for Mets-Reds, visiting with Mr. Met and fans before she threw out the first pitch of the game.

To loosen up Wurtzbach, from the Philippines, threw several pitches to Noah Syndergaard in front of the Mets dugout. Later her throw from the mound to catcher Kevin Plawecki was short and to the right of home, though still not bad. (We've seen much, much worse, after all.)

Also, you might remember the controversy at this year's pageant when host Steve Harvey announced the wrong winner before Wurtzbach was crowned.
