Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach on Saturday arrived in Manila, promising supporters a view of her crown in the next days.

In an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN News, Wurtzbach said she has brought home the actual crown from the world's most prestigious beauty pageant, and not a mere replica.

"Ang dala po naming korona ay iyung totoo po. Kasi siyempre mayroong instances na kapag iyung pupuntahan namin ay medyo maraming tao or medyo rough na lugar, mayroon din kaming replica ng crown," the Filipina beauty explained.

"Literal na I brought home the crown. Sa lahat ng interviews ko, lagi kong sinasabi, 'Don't worry, I'll bring home the crown.' I'm glad that I was finally able to do it," she added.

Wurtzbach arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport at around 6 a.m.

As part of her homecoming, Wurtzbach will star in a grand parade around Metro Manila on Monday. She is also set to pay a courtesy call at Malacañang and attend a special tribute show at the Araneta Coliseum on January 28.

The beauty queen also shared her wishes for her homecoming, saying: "Obviously gusto kong maging successful itong parade. Sana maraming pumunta, maraming lumabas, maraming manood."

"Also, I'm excited to see iyung Binibini sisters ko because ang tagal ko na silang hindi nakikita e. And also, another thing is I'm excited for the tribute show... I don't know what to expect, they haven't been revealing much," she said.
