"Miss World" 2015 is all set for its coronation night on Dec. 19 at the Beauty Crown Grand Theatre in Sanya, Hainan Island, China. While beauty pageant experts reveal that the 65^th Miss World competition is getting more exciting, it is still unclear who among the 117 candidates will be crowned. But, Steffi Van Wyk of Namibia is reportedly taking the lead to win the crown. Could she be the next "Miss World" 2015?

For the very first time in the history of the "Miss World" pageant, one contestant has actually swept all the disciplines of the pageant's Sports and Fitness Challenge. According to International Business Times, 24-year-old Steffi Van Wyk of Namibia won all of the qualifying events including individual shuttle run, long jump and the 100-meter sprint.

"I am so proud to have won this, not just for me, but for my country," Van Wyk said of the award. "I can't thank all the other contestants enough for the support they have given to me. This award is for all of us because the biggest accomplishment of today was how well we worked as a team!"

Due to the recognition, Miss Namibia Steffi Van Wyk has technically become the leading contestant in the "Miss World" 2015 leaderboard, which means she has a pretty good chance of landing a spot in the semis. But based on history, the odds of her winning the crown is not certainly favorable. As per beauty pageant expert Missosology, no winner of the Sports and Fitness challenge has ever won the crown. Still, expert said that nothing is certain until the end of the coronation night, noting that "Miss World" 2014 winner Rolene Strauss of South Africa had also won as the second runner-up in the same challenge.

Meanwhile, as Miss Namibia takes the lead in the "Miss World" 2015 competition, she did not make the list in the recent top prediction list of Missosology. As a matter of fact, the ladies who's currently predicted on the top 5 include Valerie Abou Chacra of Lebanon,Hillarie Parungao of the Philippines, Tess Alexander of Australia, Marta Palucka of Poland and Sebeo Mabengano of Botswana.

Also joining the top 15 list are "Miss World" 2015 candidates from New Zealand, Colombia, Vietnam, Brazil, Trinidad & Tobago, Mongolia, France, Turkey, Ecuador and Northern Ireland. While bubbling up to win the crown are England, Japan, United States, China and Mexico. In other news, Jamaica's Youth and Culture Minister and former Miss World 1993 winner Lisa Hanna has reportedly declined the invitation to judge the upcoming "Miss World" 2015 pageant, The Gleaner reported. While her decision disappointed Miss World Organization chairwoman Julia Morley, she said she needed to focus her attention on the Child Development Agency controversy in her country.
